These terms govern your use of SwipeUp Messenger (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Don't use SwipeUp to:
One-to-one (direct) messages are encrypted on your device before being sent, so we can't read them. Messages in groups, branches and app chats are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on our servers so your organisation's members can access them. We don't license or sell your content, and you retain ownership of everything you send.
We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may stop, suspend, or restrict features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or for legal reasons. Deletion is permanent and cascades to your messages and groups you created.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
We'll update these terms when our service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
