These terms govern your use of SwipeUp Messenger (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Messages and media are encrypted on your device before being sent. We can't read them, and we don't license or sell them. You retain ownership of everything you send.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may stop, suspend, or restrict features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or for legal reasons. Deletion is permanent and cascades to your messages and groups you created.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

7. Changes

We'll update these terms when our service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
